I found this on the super healthy kids site. Easy and yummy made with ingredients you normally have on hand.
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 TBL lemon juice
- 2 TBL honey (can use cream honey)
- 2 1/2 TBL low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
